Fall is Coming

Our favorite time of year is coming......fall and winter, the squirrels will be looking for food. We finally have a weekend with no plans or commitments. The leaves are starting to fall, the season changes down here are not as pretty as other places but we'll take it. Going to be getting some fishing done while the weather is nice. I hope Micalee is here for the next fall........said that last year....oh well.

Holding On

Well I am new to this blogging thing, but here it goes. August was a tough month, too much too fast. Without the love and support of my wonderful wife I think I would have just gone away. With our wait growing longer Linda pushes me along trying to keep my hopes up, everything is just still so overwhelming. The process does not seem to care that I need someone to teach how to fish, and need her to teach me to be a Daddy, not to mention one very lovable Golden Retriever that needs someone to chase her around the yard. I guess we all just hang on by our fingertips and wait........................Moon cakes on the way for the festival, gotta love anything that ends in word "cakes". Happy Moon Festival!!
